The Online Application in the e-Submission of Employment Income enables you to enter details of the employment income online.

If you use Online Application

  • You will have to enter the employment income information of your employees one by one into the template
  • It will require Internet connection throughout the preparation process
  • To avoid data errors, please have only 1 browser open when doing your online entries
  • Use the hyperlinks provided to navigate between pages. Do not use the <Back> button on the browser

Is there a maximum amount of records I can enter?

For the Online Application, you can enter up to a maximum of 200 records.

How long will my draft files remain in the Online Application?

The draft files will remain in the system for up to 3 months.

How do I access the Online Application?

You may access the Online Application via myTax Portal.

With effect from 2009, all companies should use the issued Unique Entity Number (UEN) as the tax reference number. As such, when you are logging into myTax Portal to prepare the income information, please ensure the UEN is used as the company tax reference number.

  • Operating system
    Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista
  • Hardware requirements
    Pentium 3 PC and above with 256 MB RAM
    56kbps modem with connection to a local ISP
  • Browser
    Internet Explorer 5.0 and above or Mozilla FireFox 1.0 and above
