Trial submission is required to ensure a smooth transmission of employment income data during the live transmission which starts in January.
Who needs to be involved in trial submission?
The trial submission will prepare employers, new to the Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income to use the e-Submission application and ensure that their files can be accepted. They will test the e-Submission application during the trial period.
Employers identified for the trial submission will be informed via email on the actual date of the trial submission for their company. Employers who wish to participate can email to ais@iras.gov.sg.
When is the trial submission?
The trial submission exercise for Year of Assessment (YA) 2010 participation had ended on 04 December 2009. We thank all participants and look forward to your submission during the live transmission period.

Please include the IR8A and all other appendices (IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B) if applicable. You may send up to 20 records in each of the trial files.
Also, we encourage employers to use the current year’s information including those who have left employment during the year. However, you do not have to transmit the complete year’s information for the trial transmission, that is, you can choose to transmit less than 12 months’ information for the purpose of the trial transmission.
