General

How do we login to the e-Stamping Portal?

Individual and business users can login to the portal via Singpass. For Foreigners, you may create a Singpass Foreign User Account (SFA). You may refer to e-Stamping and Where to e-Stamp Documents for Property and Shares for more details.

What are the payment modes available in the e-Stamping Portal?

Payment modes include GIRO, PayNow QR, AXS, one-time GIRO deduction using DBS/POSB and Internet Banking Fund Transfer. You may refer to Tax Payment – Stamp Duty for more details on the payment modes available. For payment purposes, please note down the Document Reference Number on the Acknowledgement Page. 

How do we amend Stamp Certificate or pay additional stamp duty in the e-Stamping Portal?

IRAS encourages all users to check through your stamping entries before it is submitted to avoid any delay in the issuance of the stamp certificate or processing of records. If you have made errors in your previous submission, you may amend or revise a past stamping record. To do so, please submit a request via “Amend/Revise Stamping Record”. Please note that the amendments made may not be instantaneously approved. Selected cases will be subjected to further review by IRAS before we respond on the outcome.

Who can retrieve my past stamping records?

You will be able to view your past records with the same account that was used to stamp the document. Any of the liable parties of the document will also be able to retrieve their own records. You can only retrieve Stamp Certificates within this year and the past 3 years, in line with IRAS’ archival policy. If you need Stamp Certificates that are dated before this period, please approach your representative who performed the stamping for you (e.g., law firm, estate agent or landlord).
