Poh Khoon Wei Kenneth, 43-year-old sole proprietor of PC Clinic (business of selling computer hardware, accessories and computer software, and the servicing of computers), convicted of:

• Making false entries in his income tax returns by underdeclaring sales and net profits, and omitting rental income derived by PC clinic -  resulting in $230,193.01 of income tax undercharged
• Failure to register for GST, resulting in $601,964.91 in GST due to IRAS
  

Court sentence

• 10 months' imprisonment
• $5,000 in fines
