Annual Values for the Current Year

The 'Check Annual Value of Property' digital service is an online service that you may use to search the annual value of a property. You can find out the annual value of the current year and up to past five years.

The owner of a property can find the current AV of his properties at no cost by logging into mytax.iras.gov.sg. The owner does not need to use the Check Annual Value of Property service to find out the AV of his own properties.

Fees and Payment Mode for Check Annual Value of Property

Each search cost $2.50 (inclusive of GST) and can be paid via AXS. 

    Annual Values for Past Years

    To obtain information on valuation list beyond past five years, please email your enquiry using the online form. Please note that the request will be based on the following charges:

    One lapsed Valuation List $20 per property tax account
    Second and subsequent lapsed Valuation List$20 per property tax account

    I did a Check Annual Value of Property search using my credit card but was not able to extract the information after paying $2.50.

    Please check with your bank if the payment was successful. If the payment was not successful, please re-do the Check Annual Value of Property search.

    If the payment was successful, please do NOT conduct another search. Please use the same 'Check Annual Value of Property' digital service to retrieve your search result from the next day and within 7 days of your search, using the last 4 digits of your NRIC/FIN number or Receipt Number.

    How do I retrieve the ownership information of a property?

    The “owner(s)” that are listed on IRAS' records are the owner(s) for property tax purpose only. 

    To search for the legal owner who owns the property and whose name is registered with the Land Titles Registry, please approach Singapore Land Authority (SLA) on the procedure for the search and fee payable.
