Check Annual Value of Property

For Members of Public

Find out the annual value of a property.

A fee of $2.50 (incusive of GST) will be charged for each successful enquiry. You can search up to 50 property records per transaction. 

Singpass login is not required.

Object to Annual Value

For Authorised Tax Agents
File an objection to the annual value and/or effective date of assessment of your client’s property at any time of the year or within 30 days upon receiving the Chief Assessor’s notice to amend the annual value of your client’s property. You will need to show evidence that the annual value is excessive.

  1. Your tax reference number (i.e. NRIC/FIN number) and Singpass or Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) (for individual property owners)
  2. The tax reference number of your client’s organisation
  3. The property address or property tax reference number of your client
  4. Reason(s) for your objection and basis for desired annual value
  5. Supporting documents (if applicable)
    - Particulars of your agent (if any)

Most objections are reviewed within 6 months from the date of submission.

Update Property Ownership (previously known as e-Notice of Transfer)

For Authorised Lawyers/ Law Firm Clerks

File a Notice of Transfer to inform IRAS on the change of ownership(s) of property.

  2. Particulars of the property
  3. Particulars of the transferor(s)
  4. Particulars of the transfer
  5. Particulars of the sale
  6. Particulars of the transferee(s)
  7. Particulars of the subsale (if any)
