Vijay Kumar Muvva (“Vijay”), 48-year-old former Group Executive Director of Ensoft Consulting Pte Ltd (“Ensoft”) which was in the business of employment, recruitment and manpower outsourcing for the information technology industry, convicted of:

  • Failure to register for GST
  • Unauthorised GST collection

 

Court sentence

  • 7 weeks' imprisonment
  • $99,261.33 in fine and penalty
