The whistleblowing procedure is a channel for users to report, in confidence and without fear of reprisal, any wrongful practices by IRAS staff for appropriate investigation and action to be taken.
The procedure seeks to protect genuine whistleblowers, who submit reports in good faith, from any discrimination, retaliation or harassment. However, it does not apply to frivolous and bogus complaints. Frivolous reports will be disregarded, and if reports are established to have been made with malicious intent, appropriate actions will be taken.
To make a whistleblowing report, please fill out this form. If you are an IRAS officer, please refer to the Internal Disclosure Policy in the Code of Conduct.
