You can check both the Form IR21 filing status and the tax clearance processing status at myTax Portal or via the 24-hour Integrated Phone Service.

myTax Portal

To view Form IR21 filing status and tax clearance processing status:

  1. Log in to myTax Portal.
  2. Select the following links from the mega menu bar:
    1. "Employers"
    2. "View Form IR21 Records" under "Tax Clearance"
  3. Search the Form IR21 records by entering the employee's tax reference number in the field provided, or by selecting a filing status from the drop-down list.
