Tan Lay Hai (“Tan”) and Foo Kia Meng (“Foo”), both 70-year old directors of Jian Man Construction Pte Ltd (“Jian Man”) convicted for offences for being directors of Jian Man, when Jian Man made incorrect GST returns without reasonable excuse resulting in $211,097.49 in GST undercharged.
