Name

For Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents

Update any changes in your name with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). IRAS records will subsequently reflect your new name.

 

For Foreigners

Email IRAS a copy of your deed poll, employment pass, or any official document bearing your new name.

Marital status

Email IRAS a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce certificate (interim & final judgment/decree nisi & decree absolute), and maintenance order (if any) to update your marital status.

Contact details

Log into myTax Portal using your Singpass or Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) and select 'Update Contact & Notice Preferences' to update your contact number and email address.

Log into myTax Portal using your Singpass or Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) and select 'Update Contact & Notice Preferences' to update your preferred way to be notified.

Residential and mailing address

For Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents

Update your residential address using the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Change of Address e-Service for automatic updates with all government agencies and statutory boards.

Your residential address will be automatically updated with IRAS within the next working day. For more information on updating your residential address, visit ICA website.

Email IRAS your preferred mailing address if it differs from your residential address to receive paper correspondence.

 

For Foreigners

Log in to myTax Portal using your Singpass or Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) and select 'Update Contact & Notice Preferences' to update your residential/mailing address.
