A one-off Property Tax rebate of 20% will be given to owner-occupied HDB flats, and 15%, capped at $1,000, for owner-occupied private properties in 2025. This rebate will automatically offset any Property Tax payable.

Retirees in owner-occupied properties get 24 months to pay Property Tax
The Government is committed to supporting retirees. - One-off property tax rebate of up to 100% for all owner-occupied residential properties;
- All one- and two-room HDB owner-occupiers will continue to pay no property tax in 2024; and
